People often ask me, “Is the food on the boat actually good?” Well, it’s delicious in its own unique way. Hue cuisine is world-famous, but eating it while watching the Truong Tien Bridge shimmer in neon lights? That’s pure poetry.
- Sunset & City Lights: If you love photography, catch the late afternoon trip. The sunset over the river is breathtaking, and then the city wakes up in a glow of lights.
- Authentic Ca Hue: This is a cultural heritage. You’ll hear artists sing with that sweet, iconic Central Vietnamese accent. You can even try playing the traditional instruments yourself!
- Flower Lantern Release: This is my favorite part. Holding a small candle, making a wish, and letting it float away on the water. It’s a very healing moment.
Itinerary (Simple & Relaxed)
- Welcome guests at the boat station (usually Toa Kham station).
- The boat departs. Dinner is served with local specialties.
- Enjoy the Ca Hue performance while sipping a drink (1 free beer or soda included!).
- Experience releasing flower lanterns for good luck.
- Return to the dock, ending a romantic and peaceful journey.
Note: Free for 1 child under 4 years old. 5-8 years old: 75% price. Above 9: Adult price (they grow up so fast these days!).
